About Mother Earth Wellness
Mother Earth Wellness is a vertically integrated cannabis cultivator, processor and dispensary operator located in Rhode Island. We are currently serving the medical and recreational cannabis community in the Pawtucket and greater Providence areas.
Mother Earth Wellness brings extensive customer service knowledge, restaurant ownership, design capabilities, construction experience, and deeply rooted cannabis knowledge to the market. We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team during this exciting time in our journey.
Veteran participation strongly advised, please include most current DD214 or Discharge certificate.
Job Duties
Delivery Drivers are responsible for transporting delivery orders in their own vehicle and assisting delivery customers with their transactional needs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to checking their IDs, completing the transaction, and making sure that they receive the best customer service and experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safe and efficient conveyance of all orders assigned for the day
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and communication. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all company equipment.
- Complete all daily actions compliantly with state and local regulations.
- All other job duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Applicants must be 21 years old with valid Driver's License.
- Own & operate an unmarked and registered vehicle with working air conditioning
- Strong mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Desired work ethic includes being detail oriented, highly organized, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a good communicator.
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred)
- Must be 21+ years old and pass a criminal background check per local and state requirements.
- Experience with METRC and On-Fleet highly desirable.

Experience:

- Must have a valid drivers license and produce a current driving abstract from the appropriate division of motor vehicles.
