Lyons Gaddis has an opportunity for an attorney with a proven interest in Colorado water law to join its water team as an associate. An applicant must have experience in Colorado water-related matters, including water court proceedings and water rights transactions, and an ideal applicant would have 0-8 years of legal experience. Depending on experience and qualifications, the salary range is $95,000 to $132,000, exclusive of production bonus and benefits. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range:
Compensation is merit-based, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Our good faith salary range for this position is $105-147K dependent on experience, with an incentive bonus based on productivity which ranges from $5k to $40k or more annually. Our general billing target for associates is 1620 hours per year, which guarantees one or more incentive bonuses.
