Provides anesthesia recovery and post-anesthesia nursing care

Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC)

Certifications must be active prior to contract start, or a course must be booked by the start of clinical orientation

Deliver age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process within Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and specialty-specific standards

Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other staff levels

Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare delivery
