We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Bilingual (Japanese & English) Reservation Specialist to join our team at Kewalo Harbor.
This is a customer-focused position where you’ll help guests book unforgettable ocean activities while providing exceptional service over the phone, by email, and in person.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in both Japanese and English
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Book, modify, and manage reservations
- Provide accurate information about our tours and services
- Process payments and maintain reservation records
- Coordinate with office and dock staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service or reservations experience is preferred
- Experience with FareHarbor is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
