We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Facilitate engaging activities that incorporate physical education, math, and other essential skills.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing early intervention as needed.
- Create a safe, inclusive space that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education support.
- Foster an understanding of Montessori principles to encourage independent learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children and families.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and early intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Ability to implement physical education activities tailored for young learners.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development in a private school setting.
