Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where you'll be the welcoming face and the vigilant guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, and maintain accurate financial records through detailed night audit procedures. Your energetic approach to customer service and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting smooth hotel operations behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their stay
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle all night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in person, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety inspections in accordance with hotel emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities are maintained to high standards
- Document incidents or irregularities during shifts through detailed shift reports and incident logs
Requirements
Hampton INN and Courtyard Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with experience in Hilton and Marriott Hotels.
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PEP PMS, and Stay PMS.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and service delivery
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and phone etiquette in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for phone conversations, client interactions, and team collaboration

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
