HTown Dental, a family-owned dental group with four offices in the Houston area, is looking for a friendly, reliable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is a phone-based role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with patients and keeping a busy schedule running smoothly across all of our locations.
If you have a great phone presence, work quickly on a computer, and pick up new systems fast, we'd love to hear from you. Dental experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Confirm upcoming appointments for all four offices by phone and text
- Call and reschedule overdue and past-due patients to get them back on the books
- Respond promptly to patient text messages
- Monitor our phone portal for missed calls and voicemails, and return them in a timely manner
- Keep patient information accurate and up to date in our scheduling system
- Provide warm, professional service on every call
What we're looking for:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong phone skills and prior experience in a phone-based or call-center role (required)
- Comfortable and fast on computers, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and a positive, patient-focused attitude
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Dental or medical office experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may be limited at first with the opportunity to grow
Pay & Benefits:
- $14.00 per hour
- Paid vacation after one year of employment
