Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to lead our inventory control and supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of distribution, product level, and logistics processes to ensure optimal stock levels, compliance, and seamless order fulfillment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a hash-focused dispensary in Allegan, MI.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end inventory control processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Follow compliance policies as far as organization, adjustments, and within POS/Metrc system. (METRC experience not required but highly preferred)
- Coordinate with team on things like merchandising, product levels, production planning, and product aging.
- Help with shipping and receiving of products.
- Get new merchandise on the floor in a timely manner and keep displays looking fresh.
Skills
- Experience in Michigan market with a strong knowledge of current products, prices, and brands.
- Expertise in category management, METRC, and POS systems such as Cova or Dutchie is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with technical proficiency.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills to collaborate across departments such as store inventory, distribution inventory, shipping and recieving.
