Marketing Director
Bellaview Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to create and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and occupancy growth.
Location: Lehi, UT (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Weekends and Holidays as needed
Pay: $50,000 - $50,000 annually (DOE) + Bonuses based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Community Outreach – Maintain a steady flow of leads and referrals to support occupancy goals.
- Strategic Marketing & Campaigns – Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis – Monitor industry trends and competitors, adjusting strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign success and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management – Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of Marketing experience
- Previous experience in Senior Living (Preferred)
