Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong programming, software development, and AI knowledge to support and enhance the technology that drives our business. This role combines technical support with software development, system integration, process automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across both office and field operations. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who has coding skills, exploring emerging AI technologies, and developing innovative solutions that help our teams work smarter, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for business software and end users across the office and field.
- Design and implement AI-driven tools and automation to improve business processes and productivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for office and field employees
- Provide support for computers, mobile devices, and job site technology
- Assist with general IT tasks and department needs as they arise
- Communicate clearly with users of all technical skill levels
Work EnvironmentThis is an active role requiring time on your feet assisting employees, along with desk-based work.
Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages such as Excel queries, Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and business process optimization.
- Patient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable supporting a range of technical skill levels
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Programming and coding experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and business process optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and business software applications.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Dropbox and Sharepoint
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
