Experience:
- Site supervisor experience: 3+ years (Required)
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Work Location: Multiple Locations
We are looking for an experienced site supervisor who specializes in custom, residential home renovation and construction. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and confident maintaining daily site operations.
Ideal candidates will:
- Maintain project schedule and manage daily job site operations
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original architectural plans and specifications
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with project managers, colleagues, subcontractors, and vendors
- Schedule subcontractors and supervise daily progress, proactively address issues and concerns
- Be hands on and willing to work alongside on-site teams
- Interact confidently with homeowners and attend client meetings
- Ensure adherence to job site safety standards and report all issues to project manager
- Support project manager in ordering and receiving process for all project materials and equipment
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
