Night Shift Warehouse Associate (Can Checker)
Location: La Mirada, CA
Pay: $16.90 per hour
Shift:
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
Training Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM for one week or until fully trained
Job Description
We are hiring a dependable Night Shift Warehouse Associate / Can Checker in La Mirada. This role involves inspecting cans for quality and assisting with order preparation in a warehouse environment.
This is an active, physical role that requires walking, standing, using stairs, and transporting materials throughout the shift.
Important: Candidates must be able and willing to commute to the La Mirada location. This is a non-negotiable requirement—applicants who cannot reliably get to this warehouse are not a fit for this position.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cans to ensure there is no damage or contamination
- Pick cans for customer orders
- Walk throughout the warehouse to transport materials
- Use stairs to move cans between areas as needed
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
Requirements
- No experience required – full training provided (one week or until proficient)
- Must be willing to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift
- Comfortable with physical work and stairs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Must be okay with commuting to La Mirada
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS E-VERIFY
