Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time Maintenance/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, addressing guest issues promptly, and assisting property owners. The role requires a proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and excellent teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on properties.
- Address and resolve guest issues and concerns promptly.
- Assist property owners with various tasks and requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards.
- Transport laundry and supplies when needed.
- Perform occasional cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work in a ticketing app on work phone.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with operations managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and lift heavy items.
