Retail Sales Associate – Bilingual (Spanish Required)

Pay: $13.00 – $26.00 per hour (Hourly + Commission)
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Wireless Sales Associate for our Metro by T-Mobile location. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love helping people stay connected, this is the perfect role for you. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service and growing our customer base.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and follow the Metro by T-Mobile sales process
- Hit daily and monthly sales goals and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and professionalism
- Recommend phones, plans, and promotions that meet customer needs
- Keep the store clean, organized, and sanitized
- Participate in local marketing and community events
- Follow all operational procedures and store policies
- Take on other duties as assigned by management
- Set the standard for excellent personal and professional conduct
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Open availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good with numbers and cash handling
- Willing to work hard and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass a background check
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend and holiday availability

Experience (Preferred, but not required):
- 1 year of retail sales
- 1 year of customer service
