Are you an experienced server who's tired of late nights, unpredictable schedules, or working every Sunday?
Pickin Porch Grill is looking for a dependable, friendly Full-Time Server to join our team!
We offer something that's hard to find in the restaurant business: a consistent five-day schedule, two consecutive days off every week, no late nights, and strong tip and gratuity earning potential.
Compensation & Tips
- $7.50/hour base pay + tips & gratuity
- 10% gratuity is added to all dine-in orders and goes directly to our serving team
- Additional cash and credit-card tips
- Equal-share tip system among the servers working
- No more than 7 servers are scheduled at one time, so the tip pool isn't divided among an oversized serving staff
- Earned cash tips, credit-card tips, and gratuity are distributed nightly
- Recent full-time servers have averaged $700+ per week in tips and gratuity*

Planned Winter Closure & Recall
Like many Branson businesses, Pickin Porch Grill closes during January and February for our annual winter break.
Our employees are provided a scheduled recall date to return to work for the new season.
For employees who qualify for Missouri unemployment benefits, an approved recall date may allow them to receive benefits during the temporary layoff without the normal requirement to complete weekly job searches, subject to Missouri Division of Employment Security requirements and approval.
We value keeping a strong team from season to season, and our goal is for our employees to return to their positions when we reopen.
Unemployment eligibility, benefit amounts, and work-search waivers are determined by the Missouri Division of Employment Security and are not guaranteed by Pickin Porch Grill.

- Willing to help wherever needed
- Available Tuesday through Saturday
- Interested in returning and being part of our team from season to season
Previous serving experience is preferred, but reliability, work ethic, personality, and excellent customer service are extremely important to us.
