Job Title:** Cleaning Technician
**Location:** Leonardtown, MD (must live in the area)
**Pay:** $150 weekly
**Schedule:** Five days a week, Monday through Friday, 2 hours per day
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean and sanitary environment for our client sites in Leonardtown, Maryland. This role requires consistent, quality work and adherence to safety and company standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Take out trash and empty trash receptacles
- Vacuum all assigned areas
- Mop floors and ensure surfaces are clean and streak-free
- Replenish paper towels and toilet tissue in restrooms and common areas
- Report maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor as necessary
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies
**Requirements:**
- Residence in or near Leonardtown, MD (local candidates preferred)
- Ability to commit to a consistent 5-day workweek (Monday–Friday), 2 hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
