Job Description:
We are growing! Orgill is a family friendly hardware distributor with over 175 years’ experience. We are currently seeking a Shuttle/Relief Delivery Driver for our Sparks, NV domicile, who is primarily responsible for the support of distribution center operations by efficiently shuttling trailers into Northern California from Sparks, NV and helping with vacation coverage delivering hardware related merchandise to customers in CA and Southern OR. Mon-Fri shuttle schedule from 12am-9am with an occasional overnight stay throughout the year when covering deliveries.

- Start with a guaranteed $1500 a week
- SALARY-$80,000+ a year
- 2020 or newer Freightliner Tractors with Fully Supported road side service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated driver with customer service skills.
- Preforming pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
- Maintaining daily electronic driving logs.
- Drive to destinations as outlined in the manifest, in a safe, responsible manner and in compliance with all state laws and transportation regulations.
- Notifying Supervisors with any route changes, time delays, and non-delivered orders.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Checking-in with customers at each account.
- Unloading and delivering product.
- Ability to chain up.

Job Requirements:
WHAT REQUIREMENTS SHOULD I HAVE?
- Must possess a current Class A license and HazMat endorsement. Doubles required.
- Must have 12 months minimum tractor driving experience.
- Must be able to obtain Hazmat endorsement.
- Must have excellent driving history.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.
- Must be a team player with a can do attitude
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent attendance and predictability a must
Must have the ability to meet physical assessment requirements for this position.
Wage Range: 1500.00 - 1800.00 per week
