Advertising Designer (Digital & Print) & WordPress Marketing Associate
Location: Pennsauken, NJ (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in office)
Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $35,000+ per year, based on experience
Greensmith, a division of Arett Sales, has been helping manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and national brands grow through strategic advertising and marketing. We’re a full-service advertising and marketing agency specializing in branding, print advertising, WordPress websites, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, email marketing, SEO, direct mail, and trade show marketing.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Advertising Designer, for both Digital & Print, & WordPress Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where every day brings a new challenge. You'll design print and digital advertising, build WordPress websites, and manage email and social media campaigns for national retail and manufacturing brands — no two days are the same.
What You'll Do
● Design print and digital advertising, including flyers, catalogs, brochures, signage, and direct mail campaigns
● Create email marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital advertising assets
● Design trade show displays and sales presentations
● Prepare press-ready artwork for commercial printing, including bleeds, trim, color management, and production specifications
● Build and maintain WordPress websites using WPBakery and related plugins
● Manage WooCommerce websites, online product catalogs, and website content
● Assist with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and website optimization
● Write and edit marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and print advertising
● Work directly with clients, managing multiple projects and deadlines while providing excellent customer service
● Contribute creative ideas and marketing solutions that help our clients grow their businesses.
● Leverage AI to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining originality, quality, and sound marketing judgment.
What You'll Need
● Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
● 1–3 years of professional design or marketing experience
● Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
● Experience preparing files for commercial print production
● Experience building WordPress websites using WPBakery and related plugins
● WooCommerce experience
● Proficiency in Canva
● Experience with Meta Business Suite and Constant Contact and/or Mailchimp
● Copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across print and digital platforms
● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication
● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization and time management skills
● Bonus: experience with Google Analytics, Zapier, ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel)
