Job Summary
We are a Property Management Company located in the Park Ave neighborhood. In search of a Maintenance Technician Team Leader to join our team! Must be reliable. Work would involve overseeing and completing general repairs to apartments (painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall/plaster repair, general carpentry). Ability to troubleshoot problems with HW Tanks and Furnaces a plus!! Work may also include apartment cleanouts and maintenance to grounds and exteriors of buildings. 3 to 4 years experience needed. High School or GED required. NYS Drivers License and reliable work vehicle required. Shared on-call responsibilities that rotate.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
