A Personal Care Home in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Licensed Personal Care Home Administrator.
The Administrator is charged with the responsibility of all operational aspects of the facility with special focus on the residents' needs. Provides leadership and management of staff to succeed in the areas of administration and compliance with DHS 2600 regulations for PA personal care homes. An active Administrator license is a necessary requirement for this position.
You would be expected to promote a positive company image to the community that will include creating a customer experience of the highest quality. Day to day functions include but are not limited to: Staff and family meetings, scheduling, assisting with admissions and discharges, oversight of medication management and resident needs, working with outside providers, team building and support for all departments. On-call for community needs to include weekend rotations as needed. Working side by side with staff to provide the highest quality of services.
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
