Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This is a part-time, on-site role working approximately 4 days per week in a manufacturing office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Generate and manage invoices for trucks and related products.

Prepare and submit payroll information to Paychex.

Run monthly and quarterly reports from our MRP system (pc/MRP).

Maintain accurate data and records within internal systems.

Provide general administrative support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with accounting and administrative support.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working in computer systems (MRP/ERP experience a plus).

Organized and able to manage recurring deadlines.

Dependable and able to work independently.
