Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers - Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system - Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas - Handle cash transactions and operate cash register - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment - Follow all safety and health guidelines while handling food and equipment Skills: - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of culinary techniques for food preparation and presentation - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
