Performance Staffing Solutions is searching for a reliable and experienced warehouse team lead to join our team in Richburg, SC.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the teams' loading and unloading of materials
- Monitor the utilization of reach trucks
- Ensure procedures are followed according to specifications
- Oversee the workflow
- Prepare work schedules
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in shipping & receiving environment or related field
- At least one year experience as a reach truck operator (required)
- High school diploma or GED Certificate (required)
- Using Warehouse Management System and/or RF/RFID (preferred)
- Valid state issued Driver’s License (required)
- Forklift Driver Certification on Reach Truck, Sit Down Truck, Order Picker and / or Carton Clamps (highly preferred)
Position Details:
- Ability to stand/walk for extended period of time on concrete floor
- Push and pull up to 300 lbs
- Lifting up to 50 lbs without limitation
