Job Title: Skill Development Coach

SUMMARY
Shoot 360 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Skill Development Coach to assist athletes in skill development on court, running/maintaining equipment in the facility, take general phone calls, and act in a customer service role for point-of-sale transactions. This role will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching, training, as well as providing tours of the facility and technology/equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist athletes in skill development while they are on the court doing their workouts
· Assist athletes in running equipment in the facility
· Answer general phone calls/inquiries about the types of services offered, scheduling, requests, and overall basic customer service
· Perform point-of-sale transactions for memberships, apparel, training lessons, and all other items
· Conduct tours to prospective members so they may experience Shoot 360
· Assist in overall facility cleanliness and maintenance
· Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
· Work collaboratively in a team environment
· Display strong communication skills
· Respectfully take direction from supervisor(s)
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in basketball coaching/instruction.
· Basketball playing experience at the collegiate level, preferred.
· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Passionate about developing athletes and fostering a love for basketball.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
· $16.00/hour + performance-based commissions as shown below (PLEASE NOTE: details regarding commission structure may be adjusted at the company’s discretion).
o New member Sign-ups: standard memberships (Pro and All-Star) get 50% of the enrollment fee per new member signed up (currently planned to be $40.00); premium memberships (Pro+ and All-Star+) get 100% of the enrollment fee
o Personal Training: $15.00 per 30-minute session
o Clinics/Camps: 30% of clinic revenue if they bring in and conduct the clinic; 15% clinic revenue if they only conduct the clinic

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a hands-on role requiring presence on the training floor during peak hours, including evenings (approx. 1pm – 9pm) during the week and weekends (approx. 10am – 6pm). The Skill Development Coach will play a key role in athlete development in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
