XNRGY Climate Systems is rapidly expanding and hiring experienced TIG Welders and Copper Brazing Technicians for our advanced manufacturing facilities in Mesa, Arizona.
You do NOT need experience in both. We are hiring candidates skilled in either TIG/GTAW welding OR copper brazing.
XNRGY manufactures advanced HVAC and chiller systems supporting hyperscale AI data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure across North America.
What You'll Do TIG Welders
- Perform TIG/GTAW pipe welding, including open-root welds
- Weld mild steel pipe, including A53 Schedule 40
- Work with varying pipe diameters, thicknesses, reducing fittings, and joint configurations
- Produce consistent, high-quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Read blueprints, drawings, and fabrication instructions
Copper Brazing Technicians
- Braze 1"–3" copper pipe using an acetylene torch
- Produce clean, high-quality brazed joints
- Assemble copper piping, valves, compressors, evaporators, and related HVAC/chiller components
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of TIG welding OR copper brazing experience
- TIG candidates: pipe welding and open-root TIG experience strongly preferred
- Brazing candidates: experience brazing 1"–3" copper pipe with an acetylene torch
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and workmanship
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work effectively in a production/manufacturing environment
- Candidates must successfully complete the applicable skills assessment
Shift & Work Environment
- Day and night shift positions available
- 10% shift differential for night shift
- 100% indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Safety shoes required; additional PPE provided by XNRGY
