Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Labor Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential parts to be pulled off of semi trucks and work on a variety of vehicles and equipment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will be vital in ensuring that all machinery and vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This position offers an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact the quality and safety of our operations. Whether working on cleaning part or removing part, you will play a key role in keeping our parts in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles and machinery
- Conduct part inspections to identify mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large or heavy vehicle parts or equipment
- Support part projects by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicle components
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and repair procedures
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or related fields
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Prior experience in vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, or auto restoration is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Mechanic experience or technical training in automotive technology is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
