We are in search of someone with a positive, caring and friendly attitude to join our amazing team as Dental Patient Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Ensure provider schedules are filled and optimized for productivity
- Gather and update patient personal and insurance information
- Clearly present and explain treatment plans, helping patients understand the clinical need and value of recommended care
- Confidently guide patients toward accepting treatment by addressing concerns, discussing financial options, and building trust
- Identify patient needs, motivations, and barriers to treatment, and tailor conversations to support case acceptance
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, updating systems as needed (Denticon experience preferred)
- Enforce financial policies by collecting payments and accurately entering transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Assist with additional administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in a dental front desk or treatment coordinating role
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday
DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Bilingual a plus

Monday thru Thursday 8 am - 5 pm
Friday 8 am -2 pm
