Agentum Systems is looking for current and former in-house Quality Leaders at small and mid-sized manufacturers to serve as paid advisors during early founder research.
We seek to understand quality leaders prepare teams for audits, manage corrective actions (CAPA), and pull together quality records. We will never ask for confidential employer information.
We are especially interested in experience at manufacturers with 50-250 employees.
Compensation:
- $50 for the completed 20-minute screening conversation
- $100 per hour for any follow-up advisory work
Good fit:
- Current or former in-house quality manager, QA leader, or quality management system owner
- Experience at a small or mid-sized manufacturer, roughly 50-250 employees
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
- Experience preparing for audits, closing CAPA, or gathering audit evidence
- Manufacturing background preferred
The first step is a paid 20-minute screening conversation. If there is a strong fit on both sides, we may invite you to continue as a paid advisor for a few hours per week, capped at 5 hours per week.
