In this Quality Inspector II role, you will:

Perform final inspections and in-process audits to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality requirements

Use precision measuring and metrology equipment to verify product conformity

Read and interpret blueprints, aerospace specifications, military specifications, and GD&T requirements

Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain quality documentation and records

Perform Airworthiness Representative functions, including 8130 documentation

Set up and operate CMM equipment using established programs (preferred)

Process DMRs and support customer and source inspections

Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives

Quality Inspector II Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

3+ years of quality inspection experience within a machining environment, preferably aerospace manufacturing

Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI)

Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

Demonstrated competency using metrology and inspection equipment

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and digital documentation systems

CMM operation experience preferred

Additional quality training or ASQ certification is a plus

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm

Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am
