We are seeking a long term Associate with future Ownership opportunities for the right candidate. We a private office that is well respected in our community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our well established team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about patient care, committed to continuing education, and dedicated to promoting long-term dental health. Pay is based on % production. We will train and mentor for new graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including exams, treat dental diseases, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges and extractions.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and abnormalities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Supervise dental assistants and hygienists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current dental license in [State/Region].
- Proven clinical experience and technical competency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
