Holmquist Hazelnut Orchards, LLC is looking for friendly and outgoing sales associates to join our team for the 2026 farmers' market season. Working between Phinney (Fri), Redmond (Sat) and Mercer Island (Sun). Reliable transportation required.

May 31st, Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm Mercer Is.
Pay $25.00 per hour - End of Season bonus $600
Employment type: Part-time (15 hours Sat., Sun.)
Starting: May, 1 market runs through October. MUST BE AVAILABLE THROUGH OCTOBER 31st (LAST MARKET DAY) .
Job starts from storage locker in Interbay area and requires some driving. Must load and transport all product and display items to market one hour prior to opening. After market return to locker and unload to finish day.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Duties will include direct selling products in an open air environment, providing information and answering questions, setting up and tearing down display table, cash handling and recording information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~ Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
~ A vehicle to take product and materials to markets and back. (4 door car will work)
~ Valid WA State Driver's license and auto insurance.
~ Must have a current Food Handler Permit or the ability to obtain one.
~ Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
~ Able to explain the unique aspects of our products and company.
~ Listening to customers and reporting feedback to management.
~ Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
~ Ensuring adherence to standards and food safety regulations at each market.
~ Effectively monitoring and managing inventory.
