Seeking a professional individual with solid teaching skills & good theoretical knowledge to teach regularly scheduled lessons, & help keep a busy, fun & positive training & lesson barn running smoothly!
We are proud to have a well-established training program and riding academy with wonderful students (no drama - and we work hard to keep it that way!), excellent horses, and a supportive team of hardworking individuals who truly care about each other. Professional communication, teamwork, and high-quality instruction are top priorities in our program.
Position: Part-Time Riding Instructor
What You'll Do:
- Teach regularly scheduled mounted riding lessons (beginner through advanced levels).
- Conduct unmounted horsemanship classes using our progressive levels curriculum.
- Provide quality instruction in dressage and jumping.
- Support daily lesson operations to help keep our training and lesson barn running smoothly.
- Communicate professionally with students and families.
- Contribute to a fun, structured, and positive barn culture.

Who We're Looking For:
- Strong theoretical knowledge of dressage and jumping.
- Solid teaching experience with both mounted and unmounted lessons.
- Professional communicator who values teamwork.
- Positive, hardworking, and dependable.
- Organized and capable of managing scheduled lesson programs.
