Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee all clinical operations, compliance, licensing, quality management, and nursing personnel. Partnering closely with the ASC Administrator, you will handle infection control, regulatory compliance, and staff development. What You Will Do:
- Direct and supervise all clinical departments, including Pre-Op, PACU, and OR.
- Lead the facility’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) and Infection Control programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to CMS, Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), and QuadA standards.
- Manage clinical staffing schedules, productivity metrics, and resource allocation.
- Oversee patient care workflows to guarantee maximum safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (or compact license).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree (MSN/MHA) preferred.
- 3+ years of clinical management experience in an ASC or hospital surgical setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of surgical sterilization, infection prevention, and risk management.
