What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and other HVAC equipment
- Install and modify ductwork as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Equipment We Service
Our technicians work on all major brands of:
- Furnaces (gas, oil, and high-efficiency)
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Boilers
- Geothermal systems
- Radiant and in-floor heating
- Natural gas and propane systems
- Oil burners
- Custom sheet metal and duct systems
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Can independently perform maintenance and diagnose system issues
- Has installation experience (or is willing to continue learning)
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC installation or service experience (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- On-call rotation
- Overtime available
