Sweetwater Hospital Association is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Home Health to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Previous home health experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, clinical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a patient caseload.
