Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference every day? We are looking for an energetic, loving, and dedicated teacher to join our team! This is a dynamic classroom focused on exploration, creativity, and the exciting milestone of potty training.
Available Shifts
We are looking for reliable educators for the following full-time shifts:
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Classroom Details
- Environment: A supportive, high-quality educational setting.
What You’ll Do
- Inspire Learning: Lead daily classroom functions and provide a creative environment that encourages exploration and decision-making.
- Track Growth: Assess developmental needs and lead parent-teacher conferences.
- Build Relationships: Form meaningful connections with students and families.
- Safety First: Maintain constant supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.
- ProCare App is used for Daily Sheets and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Passion: A genuine love for Early Childhood Education and a high-energy "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in a quality preschool or licensed childcare center is preferred.
- Patience: Must be comfortable and patient with the potty training process.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety and program facilitation.
- Compliance: Must meet all local Kansas childcare regulatory requirements.
