Patrolology Corp — “The Science of Patrol” — is a professional security company providing armed and unarmed security services across New York City. We specialize in high-risk and regulated environments, including cannabis facilities and retail operations. Our team is expanding, and we’re seeking licensed armed guards to join our Manhattan assignments.

Position Overview*
We are hiring multiple part-time armed security guards for client locations throughout Manhattan. Candidates must already possess all required New York State security and firearm licenses. This role involves site patrols, access control, and maintaining a professional presence to deter theft and ensure safety.

Responsibilities*
- Patrol assigned premises and maintain visible security presence.
- Monitor entrances/exits and verify authorized access.
- Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with the public.
- Follow post orders and client-specific instructions.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Armed Guard License and NYC pistol permit.
- Must have your own firearm and duty gear.
- Minimum 1 year of security or law-enforcement experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform foot patrols.
- Excellent communication, alertness, and professionalism.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for morning or evening shifts (no overnights).
Compensation & Schedule
- $25 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and site assignment.
- Part-time, flexible scheduling, 7 days a week coverage (varied shifts).
- No additional benefits beyond New York State–required benefits (sick leave, etc.).
