Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement need

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing
Required Skills:

Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database

Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners over the phone

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship-building abilities

Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends
Experience:

At least 3 years experience in a phone-based role.

A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation sales environment a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
