What You'll Master
- Hostess (The Director of First Impressions): You are the face of the restaurant! You will execute our greeting standards, manage the seating chart with precision, and coordinate high-volume takeout orders.
- Server (The Hospitality Expert): You will seamlessly guide guests through our 10 Steps of Service, recommend perfect sauce pairings, keep the sweet tea flowing, and ensure every table receives a flawless dining experience.
