Special Education Paraeducator
Norris School District is seeking caring, patient, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Special Education Paraeducators. This position plays a vital role in supporting the academic, behavioral, and social success of students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings.
Position Highlights:

Work closely with teachers and specialists to provide individualized support

Assist students in classrooms, small groups, or one-on-one settings

Help implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior support plans

Make a direct and lasting difference in the lives of students every day
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field preferred

Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to changing student needs
