Local bakery seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members for two open positions: Front Counter Associate and Cake Froster. Both positions offer a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and are great opportunities for individuals looking to join a fun, friendly bakery environment.
A day in the life of a Front Counter Associate:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with bakery selections and orders.
- Handle transactions at the register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Package customer orders and ensure products are presented beautifully.
- Keep the bakery counter clean, organized, and presentable while following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Communicate with bakers and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements of a Front Counter Associate:
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
- Customer service and bakery experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
A day in the life of a Cake Froster:
- Frost and decorate cakes and bakery items according to bakery standards.
- Prepare products with attention to detail and ensure quality presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following food safety guidelines.
- Assist with packaging and preparing bakery orders as needed.
- Work closely with bakery team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
Requirements of a Cake Froster:
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
- Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible hours.
- Hourly pay increases at 30/60/90 days.
