Responsibilities:

Proactively drive appointments and sales opportunities by managing inbound leads and connecting with potential customers through phone, email, and text communication

Build strong customer relationships by guiding shoppers through every stage of the vehicle buying process with confidence, urgency, and professionalism

Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-up to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that keeps customers engaged from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery

Assist showroom guests and support in-store traffic while creating a welcoming, solution-focused buying experience

Work collaboratively with the sales team to exceed customer expectations, appointment goals, and overall dealership performance targets

2–3 years of sales and customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience strongly encouraged

Driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and creating strong customer experiences

Professional, confident communicator who can build rapport with all types of customers both online and in person
