*Responsibilities*
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Manage key customer accounts and relationships
- Analyze sales data to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Solid understanding of CRM systems preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively
- Experience in outside sales and managing a sales team
- Computers skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,402.00 - $150,411.00 per year
