Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Seattle, Washington. This position provides comprehensive physical therapy services focused on improving patient mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient-centered rehabilitation services.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Previous Physical Therapy experience required.
- BLS Certification is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Candidates residing beyond 50 miles from the assignment location are encouraged to apply.
