Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians to join our fast-paced team. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, installation experience, and a commitment to customer service
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair building mechanical systems (RTUs, split systems, refrigeration)
- Perform installations based on diagnosis and layout plans
- Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Use mobile software for job tracking and timekeeping
- Communicate effectively with customers and facility directors
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform light plumbing tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years HVAC-R or mechanical experience
- EPA Universal Certification (or in progress)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred
- TracPipe Certification (preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read schematics and use power tools
