We're seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation team in Concord, NH. What You'll Do
- Manage medical malpractice defense cases from intake through trial
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Represent physicians, hospitals, nurses, and healthcare organizations
- Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial when necessary
- Work directly with senior partners transitioning significant client relationships Pasted
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3–5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
- Prior defense-side litigation experience required (plaintiff-only background not preferred)
- Strong courtroom, deposition, and case management skills
- Licensed in New Hampshire or eligible for admission
Compensation & Benefits
- $115,000–$125,000+ base salary
- Performance bonus program (typically around $10,000+ annually)
