We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Mortgage & Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position that supports our mortgage lending business while also assisting with rental property management and social media marketing.

ResponsibilitiesMortgage & Loan Processing Support
- Assist with loan processing from application to closing
- Order and review Verifications of Employment (VOEs)
- Follow up with borrowers, employers, title companies, insurance agents, and real estate agents
- Collect and organize required loan documentation
- Update clients throughout the home loan process
- Maintain accurate loan files and CRM records
- Support loan processors with day-to-day processing tasks
Office Administration
- Answer phones and emails professionally
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
- Make copy of client income documents
Rental Property Management
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Communicate with tenants and property owners
- Assist with lease documentation and move-in/move-out coordination
- Track property-related tasks and deadlines
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create and schedule content
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
- Design simple marketing materials using Canva or similar software
- Help maintain a consistent online presence
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar video editing software is a plus
- Mortgage, real estate, title, escrow, or lending experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
