Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional food quality and customer service, and manage staff training and development. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow during shifts
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing deposits
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and food safety practices
- Monitor compliance with health regulations and safety standards across the restaurant
- Lead shift management by coordinating team schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or food service settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform shift management efficiently
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is a plus; banquet or catering experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
