Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and drive the seamless flow of goods and materials across our supply chain network. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain management activities, including procurement, inventory control, and warehouse distribution.
- Coordinate transportation planning and management using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize routes, freight costs, and delivery schedules.
- Manage shipping logistics, including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse operations such as picking & packing, dispatching, and inventory management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and freight carriers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Analyze supply chain data using logistics analytics tools to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance demand planning accuracy.
- Lead team management efforts by training staff on warehouse safety regulations, forklift operation, and operational procedures while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain operations within a logistics company or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like AS400 or similar systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding, shipping logistics, procurement processes, and international trade regulations.
- Technical proficiency in materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze data for process improvement initiatives.
- Effective team management skills with experience in dispatching, order picking & packing, fleet management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly across departments and external partners.

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
