Office Manager – Operations & Client Experience
Maids in Brown is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Arlington, Alexandria, Washington DC, Bethesda, McLean, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Office Manager to help support our daily operations and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and employees.

Responsibilities
- Manage client communication via phone, email, and text
- Respond to client questions and resolve service concerns
- Coordinate schedule changes, reschedules, and operational adjustments
- Support billing, collections, account updates, and price increases
- Maintain accurate client and employee records
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
- Monitor office processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident customer service approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and common office software
- Experience in office management, customer service, scheduling, operations, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
